PHILADELPHIA, PA -- If for some reason there was a worldwide cookie shortage and I could only ever have one type of cookie for the rest of my life, today's recipe would be it. I'm a purist when it comes to baked goods - simple, time-tested treats with lots of flavor are my favorites.
I equate the holidays with these cookies - they're the original Nestle Toll House cookies and are good enough to make all year round. So pour a tall glass of milk and have a few!
